DRC is having its infrastructure rebuilt in exchange for their mineral wealth.
Zimbabwe, or rather Uncle Bob, has had a fortune lavished upon him in return for his country’s wealth.
So what happens when this wealth runs out? Not only will the Chinese leave (if their economy doesn’t implode beforehand), but the aforementioned African states will be left high and dry, with nothing in the coffers.
